1420 KETTNER IS A MIXED USE COMMERCIAL BUILDING LOCATED IN SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA, OWNED BY CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD. THE GOAL OF THIS SHOOT WAS TO CAPTURE THE NEW CAFE, BIRD ROCK COFFEE, AS WELL AS THE RENOVATED SUITE ON THE FOURTH FLOOR.
